What is a sound bath?

A Sound Bath is a deeply-immersive, full-body listening experience that intentionally uses sound to invite gentle yet powerful therapeutic and restorative processes to NURTURE YOUR MIND AND BODY.

During a soundbath you are ‘bathed’ in healing vibrations and sound waves.

These vibrations will bring you to a higher state of mind and restore your whole energy level.

This by the use of various ancient healing instruments like:

- gongs

- crystal singing bowls

- native American flute

- drum

and so much more!
